Today’s Work Lunch
Mini whole wheat tortillas filled with lettuce, onion, tomato and cheese sided with carrots, celery, hummus and peanut butter.
I have NOT been updating.
Meeep.
However I have been exercising.
And eating mediocre-ly.
I will work on that, starting…NOW.
MMmm Water.
Today I tried Muay Thai Fitness. [OH MY GOSH. I was dripping sweat. SO gross.] [But a great workout!]
I also did zumba this week.
Meep Meep.

THIS is why you do not weigh yourself.
Today I weighed myself on a scale and it basically said I gained like 7 pounds.
Pounds are always looked at as ‘pounds of fat’
but it just seems impossible that I gained fat since I have been exercising and eating super healthy.
Maybe I am bloated.
But it doesn’t seem so.
I must have gained muscle.
But that is such BULLSHIT.
This is why you take your measurements and measure those,
and use scales that also measure your body fat.
Stupid scales.
